1. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Cancellations made 30 days or more before the scheduled event may receive a refund of amounts paid, less a 25% non-refundable booking fee. Cancellations made 15–29 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund. Payments are non-refundable for cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled event.Add-ons or custom products that have already been designed, ordered, produced, or purchased specifically for the event are non-refundable.
2. Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling Policy
Events may be rescheduled once at no additional charge when Qulo receives notice at least 14 days before the original event date, subject to availability. The new event date must occur within 12 months of the original event date.Rescheduling requests received less than 14 days before the event may be subject to a $100 rescheduling fee. If Qulo is unavailable for the requested new date, the original cancellation policy will apply. Previously completed custom design work and special-order items will transfer to the new event whenever reasonably possible.
3. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility is determined according to Qulo's cancellation policy. Completed services, custom design work, special-order items, rush fees, and additional event time already provided are non-refundable.If Qulo is unable to provide the booked service due to circumstances within our control, the customer will receive a refund for the portion of the service Qulo is unable to provide.
4. Equipment Damage
Equipment & Property Damage
Qulo provides professional photo booth equipment for use during the contracted event. The client is responsible for providing a reasonably safe environment for Qulo equipment, personnel, and materials.The client may be held responsible for repair or replacement costs resulting from intentional damage, misuse, negligence, or damage caused by the client or the client's guests. Normal wear and tear and equipment malfunction not caused by the client or guests are excluded.
5. Venue Requirements
Venue & Setup Requirements
The client is responsible for ensuring the venue permits photo booth services and for obtaining any required venue approvals. Qulo must have reasonable access to the event space for setup and breakdown at the agreed times.The designated setup area must provide sufficient space for the selected booth experience, a safe and level surface, and access to a reliable electrical outlet when required. The client must disclose stairs, loading restrictions, limited parking/loading access, security procedures, or other conditions that may affect setup before the event.
Qulo is not responsible for service delays or reduced operating time resulting from venue restrictions, inaccessible setup areas, delayed venue access, or circumstances outside Qulo's reasonable control.
6. Outdoor Events
Outdoor Events
Outdoor photo booth setups require a safe, level, weather-protected location. The client must provide adequate protection from rain, excessive wind, direct exposure to severe weather, and other conditions that could damage equipment or create an unsafe environment.Qulo reserves the right to delay, relocate, suspend, or discontinue operation when weather or site conditions present a safety risk to guests, staff, or equipment. Weather-related event cancellations and rescheduling remain subject to the applicable cancellation and rescheduling policies.
7. Event Timing & Delays
Service time is based on the contracted start and end times. Delays caused by the client, venue, guests, or circumstances outside Qulo's control do not automatically extend the scheduled service period. Additional operating time may be purchased subject to availability and applicable overtime rates.
