Photo & Marketing Release
I authorize Qulo Photo Booth, a service of Qulo Photography (“Qulo”), to use photographs, videos, and other visual content captured by Qulo in connection with my event for Qulo's legitimate marketing and promotional purposes.
This may include use on Qulo's websites, social media accounts, online business profiles, digital and print advertisements, portfolios, promotional materials, and other business marketing channels.
I understand that:
My decision to grant or decline this permission will not affect my booking, pricing, or photo booth experience.
Qulo may edit, crop, resize, or format approved images for presentation and marketing purposes, provided the use does not materially misrepresent the image or event.
Qulo will not sell event photographs to third parties for their independent advertising or promotional use.
This release does not authorize Qulo to publicly disclose private event information that is not otherwise apparent from the approved content.
I may contact Qulo to request that future promotional use of an image be discontinued. Qulo will make reasonable efforts to discontinue future use under its control, but materials already published, printed, distributed, or shared may not be capable of complete removal.
Minors
This authorization does not, by itself, grant Qulo permission to use identifiable images of minors for advertising or promotional purposes. Appropriate permission from a parent or legal guardian should be obtained before Qulo uses an identifiable image of a minor for marketing.
Client Authorization
By selecting “I Agree” on the Event Details form, I confirm that I have read and voluntarily agree to this Photo & Marketing Release and authorize Qulo to use approved event photos and visual content as described above.
Selecting “I Do Not Agree” means Qulo may not use my event photos or visual content for marketing or promotional purposes.
